But it didn’t stop there. We implemented email automation, including a smart abandoned cart flow: customers who forget to check out automatically receive a friendly reminder, including the products they had already selected. Many of these customers go on to complete their purchase.

On top of that, we’re building email campaigns that keep existing customers informed about offers and new trends, and we’re about to start writing blog articles for even stronger SEO and expert positioning.

And there’s more coming: we’ll soon be integrating an AI chatbot that can answer customer questions 24/7 and even advise them on which product best fits their needs.
